Vlog: LGBT+ Remember Your History

NEW YEAR, NEW PROJECT!

Today I started something I have been wanting to do for a long time - Vlogging on YouTube. It's something I have never properly done before but I'm going to give it a go.

Despite being a journalist with radio experience, a lack of confidence has always harboured me from taking on a project like this (I always thought I had a face for radio), but what's the worst that can happen?

My first Vlog focusses a lot on LGBT+ history and what previous generations have gone through, in order for us young LGBT people to have the rights we have.

In particular I focus on Stonewall (a 2015 film about the 1969 riots, which put the gay rights movement in the spotlight) and Tab Hunter: Confidential, a big star of 1950's Hollywood who was never able to be true to his sexuality during the height of his career.



As I am really new to this any feedback would be fantastic, and also don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel! (I haven't got many subscribers at the moment).

Stonewall and Tab Hunter: Confidential are both currently on Netflix.
