One of the worlds most popular authors, J.K Rowling has issued an apology on Twitter, after she commented on a video of Donald Trump, which was taken out of context.
The footage appeared to show Trump ignoring a disabled child, whilst shaking the hands and speaking with the other kids, who were visiting the White House.
It later turned out that he hadn't ignored the disabled boy, and had spent a considerable amount of time with him before the photo opportunity.
Rowling took to Twitter to criticise the President.
It t then emerged the video had been edited to appear as though Trump ignored the boy in the wheelchair.
After recognising her mistake Rowling, most popular for the Harry Potter books issued an apology:
"Sources have informed me that that was not a full or accurate representation of their interaction".
I very clearly projected my own sensitivities around the issue of disabled people being overlooked or ignored onto the images I saw".
"If that caused any distress to that boy or his family, I apologise unreservedly. These tweets will remain, but I will delete the previous ones on the subject".
To me this particular episode actually says more about Trump's behaviour and attitude, than it does about Rowling.
Lets no forget his track record! Including this occasion on the campaign trail when he mocked a disabled reporter:
Then there's the hidden camera footage from a few years back, which features Trump making obscene and sexist remarks, and talks about sexually assaulting women.
Those two incidents give a snap shot into Trump's attitude towards the disabled and towards women.
Add that to his clear prejudice against immigrants and transgender troops, and you expect the worst from Trump after a while (or like most of us, from day one of his bid to become President).
That's not the publics fault, that's his fault, for proving himself time and time again as a bigot and generally offensive man.
Secondly J.K Rowling apologised when she realised she had made a mistake (it happens).
When was the last time we saw the same humility from Donald Trump? NEVER.
Sir Elton John has paid tribute to Princess Diana, in a new documentary, marking 20 years since the tragic car crash which cost her her life.
'Diana: Our Mother' aired on ITV last night and will also air on HBO in the United States.
Sir Elton famously sang at Diana's funeral and was a close friend of the Princess, who left behind her two sons Prince Harry and Prince William.
In the documentary, her humanitarian work abroad is highlighted, including her work around HIV and AIDS, fighting the stigma surrounding the disease.
Sir Elton says Diana changed attitudes towards the disease across the Globe. He also observed how much Prince Harry resembles his late mother:
"She had that incredible ability - which Harry kind of inherited to make people feel at ease and make them feel that everything's going to be alright".
"I haven't experienced many people in my life who have that ability, but she could walk into a room of people and make them feel as if everything was great".
Prince Harry recently led a campaign to promote sexual health testing, and even took an HIV test live on Facebook.
Harry has really continued his mother's work in this area, attending the International AIDS Conference in South Africa and visiting testing clinics.
At the time the 32 year old said: "If you respect what my mother stood for, go and get tested for her".
"If she were still here today, she would probably get tested every month, just to prove a point", he added.
It should be noted that 1 in 5 people living with HIV are unaware of their status, as the virus doesn't always show symptoms, and when it does, some just think it's a bad flu, or other virus.
The Prince also believes it's important to tackle the misconception that HIV is exclusively a "gay only" disease.

The final song recorded by late singer George Michael before his death, could be released soon.
Michael had been working with producer 'Naughty Boy' before he died on Christmas Day last year.
The 32 year old, who's real name is Shahid Khan, told The Mirror newspaper: "It's a brand new track, it is amazing.
"It's a song that he asked me to work with him on and there's a real chance the single will come out."
Reportedly the song is 'ready' to be released, so it sounds like the final version had been fully recorded.
Coincidentally on the exact same day that George Michael died, Khan's Mum suffered a stroke: "There is still something amazing to come from it" he said "And that is, my mum is doing better and we have this song."
He added: "I just wish George was here to tell me what he thought of it. I'm sad I never got to meet him."
Since the singer passed away, stories of his generosity and anonymous donations to charitable causes has been increasingly clear.
For example the founder of Child Line revealed that he had given millions of pounds in donations over the years, but always insisted he remain anonymous.
Meanwhile HIV charity The Terrence Higgins Trust revealed Michael had given "experiences and gifts" to them over the years.
So it just shows that the World has lost much more than a fantastic singing talent, but a truly generous human being. Gone way before his time.
Lady Gaga totally owned it at the Super Bowl last night!
I didn't see it live as I was busy sleeping (it was late here in the UK), but when I woke up the Twitter verdict was in, and by all accounts she smashed it.
Initially there were no comments about any political statements by Gaga, considering the political climate in the United States at the moment many thought she would go there.
But on closer inspection, and reading between the lines, parts of the performance were certainly political statements, through music, rather than a speech, like what we've seen at recent award ceremonies.
For me 'Born This Way' was such a poignant moment of the entire performance, a song which is about LGBT+ pride and solidarity being performed to a television audience of over 111 million people.
Add to that the fact that Vice President Mike Pence, who is anti-LGBT and has supported gay conversation therapy was in the crowd, it can certainly be seen as a rejection of his discriminatory agenda.
I got chills hearing the line "no matter gay, straight or bi, lesbian, trans-gender life", it was Gaga saying 'I get you' and 'I'm with you!' Like she always has been.
The news broke yesterday evening (UK time) that the actress, famous for her roles in iconic films such as 'Singin' In The Rain' had been rushed to hospital, after falling ill at an address in Beverly Hills.
At first information was extremely vague with celebrity news outlet TMZ reporting her condition was "fair to serious", I'm no doctor but that statement says absolutely nothing really, as fair and serious are at two different sides of the spectrum.
Then at just before 2am (UK time) this morning, the news broke that Debbie Reynolds had in fact died following a stroke.
Her son Todd made a heartbreaking statement shortly after, in which he simply said "She's with Carrie".

The video now has 3.5 million views on YouTube, I'm not sure what it was previously, but I'm going to guess it has shot up since Reynolds' death.
During her career Reynolds was nominated for Academy Awards and Golden Globes, among other nominations, in 1965 she was nominated for the 'Best Actress' Oscar for her part in 'The Unmistakable Molly Brown'.
Though the cause of death was medically a stroke many have said that the heartbreak of losing a child has just been too much for Reynolds to bare, with her death coming just over 24 hours after that of Carrie Fisher.
It's thought that Reynolds was with Todd Fisher planning Carrie's funeral when she took ill.
One can only imagine what Billie Lourd, daughter of Carrie Fisher must be going through right now, losing her mother, and her grandmother in the space of 24 hours.
Fellow stars have taken to social media to voice their support for Lourd who plays Chanel #3 in the TV series 'Scream Queens'.
Ariana Grande said "I love you so very much @praisethelourd, my heart is with you & your family".
Taylor Lautner said about Lourd "This girl is one of the strongest, most fearless individuals I've ever met. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. I'm lucky to know you".
Meanwhile tributes have continued to pour in for Carrie Fisher, with Star Wars fan creating their own star on the Hollywood 'Walk of Fame' with her, as Fisher does not currently have an official one. The home made plaque reads "Carrie Fisher. May the force be with you."
I think many will be pleased to see the back of this year, which has been particular bad for high profile celebrity deaths, with the likes of David Bowie, Prince and countless others also passing away.
Passengers on board the plane tried to resuscitate her but she was reportedly unresponsive, news went silent over the Christmas period, with very few updates on her condition, other than a tweet from her mother Debbie Reynolds saying she was stable.
In a statement it was confirmed Fisher had died at 8:55am on December 27th 2016.
Mark Hamill, who plays Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars Saga lead the tributes, with three heartbreaking words...
Meanwhile Harrison Ford, who played Han Solo said of Fisher: "Brilliant, original, funny and emotionally fearless" adding that she was "one-of-a-kind".
Daisy Ridley, who played Rey in The Force Awakens, alongside Fisher said in a statement: "How lucky we all are to have known her, and how awful that we have to say goodbye".
What has been clear from all the tributes today and yesterday evening, is that Carrie Fisher was known for much more than being Princess Leia. She was a beacon of hope for women and young girls around the world, she was hilariously funny, and she was an advocate in every sense of the word, for mental health, being open about her struggles with addiction and bi-polar.
I grew up with Star Wars (not in the 70's, but during my early childhood in the 90's) and the character of Leia, was so strong and powerful, at a time when women still had huge battles in terms of equality, yet here was a woman who certainly didn't need rescuing by any man, and was at the forefront of the Rebel Alliance.
In 1987 autobiographical novel 'Postcards from the Edge', Fisher delivered a brutally honest account, of her struggles with drug addiction and mental health, which the New York Times said "bristles with a bravery and cantor that still feels groundbreaking".
The novel was later turned into a film by the same name, which Carrie Fisher did the screenplay for, and featured Meryl Streep starring alongside Shirley MacLaine.
The film landed two Oscar nominations in 1991, one for Streep as 'Best Actress', the other for the soundtrack.
Fisher recently released another book entitled 'The Princess Diarist', made up of diaries she kept when she was 19, playing Princess Leia in the original Star Wars; in it she revealed a secret she had kept for almost four decades - she'd had an affair with Harrison Ford during filming.
The following interview with Carrie on ABC News' Good Morning America, around the time of The Force Awakens last year, shows how comedic she was and how approachable she came across, despite being considered Hollywood Royalty...
I think this interview, and others, really demonstrate how much Carrie Fisher was able to connect with the public and her honesty always shone through.
As I mentioned Fisher was very much a mental health advocate; The Guardian today posted a link to a column Carrie did for them, in particular a column in which she responded to a letter from a person recently diagnosed with bi-polar - Click Here to read it.
Carrie was unapologetic in this respect, refusing to let her mental health define her or be seen as some sort of weakness, her goal was to break down barriers, and she certainly achieved that.
Since her death many have questioned what is next for Star Wars, as its been reported Fisher has a pivotal role in Episode 8, which she finished filming for before her death.
Though I don't think it's a priority right now as her family and friends mourn her loss, I think it will be very simply solved, there are many options that Disney can explore, such as giving her a fitting send off in Episode 8, or having Fisher in Episode 9 through the magic of CGI, just like they did with Governor Tarkin (Peter Cushing) in Rogue One.
But as I say I really don't think now is the time to be pressing Disney for the in's and out's of how they will figure something out, they just will and I think fans should just be satisfied with that, certainly for the time being.
My thoughts are very much with Carrie Fisher's friends and family at this time.
